Full Spectrum Deep Sleep provides the restful state one needs to achieve a good night's sleep. While the 0.5 oz. container size may not seem like much, the stated dosage of 1/2 ml is sufficient enough to provide many peaceful nights. It might be best to take the dose 30 minutes or so before going to bed. For me, there's no grogginess or lack of clarity when waking up in the morning. I find Full Spectrum Deep Sleep effective. Please consider giving it a try.
