I have not had a problem sleeping since I bought them. They are tasty, some say there is an after taste, but I didn’t feel it was very strong at all. The flavor of the gummy is “Yummy”. A nice little sweet treat before you nod off the sleep. There is no wake up sluggishness at all. I just fall asleep. I take it 1/2 hour before bed and that does the trick. The shop is adorable.
