If you have purchased hand crafted products from Dragonfly Botanicals that you do not absolutely LOVE, we want to continue to provide you a great experience with our company!
For Dragonfly Botanicals handcrafted product returns:
If you are unsatisfied in any way, customers have 90 days or 3 months from the time of purchase to receive a cash or credit refund, exchange or Dragonfly Botanicals credit in form of equal value to the products purchased, excluding shipping. This includes all forms of sales: online, kiosk, market or in-store purchases. Returns of any food products are not accepted. OVERSTOCK products are NOT subject to any return or exchange. OVERSTOCK items are final sale. Complimentary products given at the time of purchase are not refundable & do not have any cash or credit value.
If there are no physical signs of damage or spoilage to the product, and the exchange is subjective, customers are limited to one exchange of that product.
Returns After 90 days or 3 Months:
Customers unsatisfied with Dragonfly Botanicals handcrafted products can receive full value credit for Dragonfly Botanicals products in the form of store credit or a gift card for in-store purchases for use at www.dragonflyhempcbd.com. Products must be mailed back with the Return/Exchange form filled out.
This return policy applies to Dragonfly Botanicals’ handcrafted products only. All other products sold by Dragonfly Botanicals, not crafted by Dragonfly Botanicals, may not be refunded, exchanged or returned.
If you received complimentary products, these products will not be eligible for refund or exchange. If you return the product you purchased to receive a free item, you must return said free item for full refund of purchased product. If you wish to keep the free item and are not satisfied with the item you paid for, we will prorate your refund to reflect the purchase of your ‘free’ item.
Please send the product(s) that you are unsatisfied with along with the Return & Exchange Form & the original receipt back to Dragonfly Botanicals, Attn: Returns Dept. 25797 Conifer Rd. #A-108, Conifer, CO 80433. When we receive the package, we will then either issue you a store credit, credit or an exchange (depending on date of purchase). Return process time is between 7-10 business days after we received your returned product. Dragonfly Botanicals recommends customers use USPS to return products. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Lost Mail Procedure:
If a package has been lost in the mail and has not arrived within a 10 business day period from the time of shipment, we refer our customers to their local post office to find out if they may have kept it for unknown reasons or try and explain why it may be taking so long. Dragonfly Botanicals has no control over package delivery after it leaves our production facility.
All package & shipping concerns need to be addressed with Dragonfly Botanicals customer service within a 30 day period from the time of shipment from our Conifer, Colorado headquarter location.
